Theme: Vintage Romance with our own alternative twist

Dress: My dress was a delusted champagne satin gown, with a drop waist with beading & lace embellishment. It had a small A Line skirt, with spaghetti string staps & slipper satin ribboning under the bust.

Bridesmaid’s dresses: My Matron of Honour wore a soft dusty pink chiffon dress & my Bridesmaids were soft pinky champagne chiffon & satin dress with a satin ribbon and bow.

Invitations: Our invites were soft pinks and champagnes with lace and ribbon to tie in with the vintage theme and were folding pocket with RSVP, Gift Registry & Accommodation inserts.

Flowers: My bouquet was a hand tied posy of" honeymoon" (coffee coloured roses ) and" antique" ( dusky pink roses) with freesia buds, pink and green peppercorn berries, and clusters of wired ivory hyacinths backed off with dusty miller.

The Ceremony: We wanted to involve our families and guests as much as possible so I had my mum and dad walk me down the aisle and had my uncle marry us, we also did the warming of the rings ceremony where our rings were passed around the guests to add the warmer wishes or blessing

Decorations: We continued to soft romantic feel throughout the whole day, with our reception it was set up in a big ballroom style room with a big chandelier and exposed wooden beams. Our centrepieces consisted of three different height cream shabby chic candle sticks with cream pillar candles with spray roses and ivy twisted around the candle sticks with scattered single roses, tea light candles and scattered gems on a chocolate table runner and the chairs had latte coloured sashes to tie in with the soft colour scheme

Cake: We had a cupcake tower with a top tier of mud cake with a swallow design with our names and the date drawn up by my brother in law, this image was also used on our CD wedding favours

Transport: I hired a 1961 Black & White Cadillac Deville for me to turn up to the chapel as a surprise for my Husband
